CHARACTERISTICS:
A red wine with a characteristic ruby red color, with a scent of ripe dark fruit in which black currant predominates. The taste is dry and dominated by tannins, and the aromas of currant, forest fruit and dark chocolate are recognizable.
Cabernet sauvignon (serving temperature: at room temperature, 18°-19°)
It is recommended with dishes with truffle sauce, with stronger cheeses, with Istrian meat slices. It goes well with gnocchi with venison sauce, mushrooms and red meat.
