Extra virgin olive oil

 

 

Extra virgin olive oil obtained from 1000 olives that grow in the red soil and near the sea which is why the oil is rich in minerals.

After an early hand harvest, the oil is obtained by cold pressing, which is done within 12 hours of harvest in order to preserve all the substances and scents of this remarkable fruit.

The oil is a blend of different indigenous varieties: Črnica, Bjelica, Pendolino and Leccino.
