CHARACTERISTICS:
In appearance, it is characterized by a greenish-yellow color, is crystal clear, has an intense aroma, like tomato stalk, lemon peel and tropical fruit. It has an intense taste like aromatic herbs (sage, thyme and marjoram) and citrus fruits, with mineral notes. Long-lasting taste.
Sauvignon blanc (serving temperature: 10°-12°)
It is recommended with pasta with asparagus and mushroom sauce, with salmon and with hard, spicy cheeses.
